Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Nyra Bot.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Nyra Bot ("the Service"). By accessing our website (nyrabot.de), using our Discord bot, integrating our APIs, or subscribing to our Premium packages, you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Service Description & License

Nyra Bot provides automated management tools for ARK: Survival Evolved/Ascended servers. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service according to your subscription level.

  • You may not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
  • The license automatically terminates if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Nyra Bot at any time.

3. User Conduct & Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Discord account and within the servers where you have administrative control over the bot. You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any security logic or API rate limiters.
  • Use the bot to harass, abuse, or harm other players or communities.
  • Exploit bugs to gain unauthorized access to data or features.
  • Resell or redistribute access to Nyra Bot without explicit written permission.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Billing: Premium features require a valid subscription via PayPal. Payments are recurring (Monthly/Yearly) until canceled.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel at any time via PayPal or by opening a Discord ticket. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service, all purchases are generally final. Exceptional refunds are handled at our sole discretion via support tickets. "Chargebacks" or "Disputes" initiated without contacting support first will result in a permanent ban from all Nyra services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nyra Bot and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Nyra Bot.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nyra Bot, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data (including ARK game progress), use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via our Discord server. By continuing to access our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
