  • Discord Information: We collect your Discord User ID, Username, and Server IDs to manage permissions and server linkings.
  • ARK: Survival Game Data: For server management, we process SteamIDs, EOS IDs, Player Names, Tribe IDs, and in-game event logs (e.g., kill feeds, chat logs if enabled). This data is used to provide features like "Globallookup" and "Alt-detection".
  • Billing Data: Payments are processed via PayPal. We do not store your credit card details. We only retain transaction IDs and subscription status.
  • Technical Data: We may collect IP addresses for security purposes (e.g., preventing DDoS or unauthorized API access) and to cross-reference game accounts for alt-detection.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for:

  • Providing and maintaining the Nyra Bot service.
  • Enforcing server security and synchronizing bans across linked ARK clusters.
  • Managing your premium subscriptions and providing customer support.
  • Detecting and preventing fraudulent or malicious activities.

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described above depends on the context in which we collect it. We process data based on Contractual Necessity (to provide the bot services) and Legitimate Interests (to ensure server security and combat rule-breaking in ARK communities).

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Standard logs are kept for 90 days. Ban information and server settings are stored as long as the respective server owner utilizes our services.
