  • Discord Account Data: We store your Discord User ID, Username, and Avatar hash to manage permissions, verify your identity, and link you to your ARK tribes.
  • Server Metadata: When the bot is added to a server, we store the Server ID, Name, and basic configuration settings to provide localized management.
  • Game Specific Data: To facilitate game management, we process and store SteamIDs, EOS IDs (Epic Games Account), Player Names, Tribe IDs, and in-game event logs (e.g., kill logs, join/leave timestamps).
  • Payment Information: All transactions are processed via PayPal. We receive confirmation of payment, your email address associated with PayPal, and transaction IDs. We do NOT store credit card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
  • Technical Logs: For security and troubleshooting, we collect IP addresses, browser types, and access timestamps. IP addresses are also used for "Alt Account Detection" features to maintain server integrity.

3. Use of Cookies

We use essential cookies to provide a functional and secure experience. These are primarily used for:

  • Session Management: To identify your login session where applicable.
  • Consent Tracking: To remember if you have accepted our legal terms.
  • Security: To prevent Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks.

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Subscription-related data is kept for the duration required by financial regulations.
